Yes we deliver. Our delivery prices start at $75.00 and increases depending on delivery location .
Yes. Our prices are a set price and include the cost of food only. Tax, gratuity and catering services fees will be included on your quote. If you have a budget we do our best to work with your budget however, this may affect your guest proportioning. We offer a la cart items for custom packaging to meet the needs of your guest.
Catering service requires a minimum of $400.00 food cost and does not to include but is subject to tax, gratuity, and additional cost for services. Menu(s) display cost of food only.
A Catering Service is Charge is simply the fee for all service staff and operational expenses associated with a catered event, to include labor and prepping for the event. The service charge helps cover the costs of doing business: catering staff, utilities, catering supplies, day to day operations, etc. So while a catering contract may show a break down of the event elements and their costs, the service charge helps cover the cost of the hours needed to prep and plan the event.
Can it be waived or removed?
No.
Caterers may include a gratuity charge that is automatically split up between servers working your event. Charges for tipping are usually not related to any service charges on a catering bill. A service charge is imposed to cover any incidentals for your event.
Is it required?
No. However, It's extra work on the staff or server, and the gratuity ensures servers/staff earn a set tip amount to avoid getting short-changed for the level of effort put into service for the catering, especially if it is split.
No. We do not provide tables/chairs or linens. You would be responsible for providing your own tables/chairs and linens. If Buffet set up & serve is selected we will provide buffet table linen only, unless, you would like your event planner to provide matching table linen for the buffet. Black or ivory table linen is recommended for buffet services.
We require at least a 30 days notice for catering . If less than 30 days, and we are available, we will be able to book the catering however, full payment is due at the time of quote acceptance, in order to plan effectively. If greater than 30 day, a 50% deposit is required to secure the date and the remaining balance is due 1 week prior to the event.
Yes. We are licensed, certified & insured caterer. If you venue has requested L & I, we will provide the information via email, directly to the venue point of contact.
Grand Flavors is not an allergen free environment. Allergens that we use on a daily basis include: nuts, flour (gluten), strawberries, chocolate, dairy, food dyes, and as well as other known allergens. We will not guarantee, even with the highest degree of care that allergens will not be present in any of our baked goods or foods.
In our efforts to be fair and transparent in doing business together, please take note of the following policies. In a case of any unforeseen rescheduled or cancellation of a catering event(s) due to death, deployment, or any other circumstances we deem significant, we will do our best to accommodate and work with you for your new event date with a nominal to no change in cost; this is based on initial catering request with a 30 day or greater notification of scheduled event date. (Please note, the funds are transferable. You may transfer the funds to a rescheduled date or another client. )
*Caterings Less than 90-day notice without full deposit you are subject forfeiture of up to 50% upon cancellation of the deposit at our discretion.
*Less than 30 day notification may result in additional cost due to any additional cost incurred or supplies lost due to event reschedule.
*Total cancellation of a scheduled event date with A 30 day or greater written notification (verbal notification is not suitable for cancelation) Will forfeit 50% of the event deposit upon cancellation given to secure catering services for said date (Initial deposit is 50% of total cost of catering services).
*If cancellation is LESS THAN 30 DAYS the 50% Deposit of total catering service given to secure date will be subject to forfeiture upon cancellation based upon management discretion.
*If less than 7 days before event all payments submitted for services is subject to forfeiture based upon management discretion.
***Please note, you as well as any future clients are very important to us. We do our best to accommodate our cliente as much as possible. When dates are cancelled and rescheduled, please know that we have turned down numerous clients that may have requested thee same date that you have reserved.
In the event a refund is determined by Grand Flavors, refunds will be returned in same form received within 7 to 14 business days of proper notification of cancellation. *If partial or adjusted service remain in place any refund will be returned in same form received within 7-14 days after event services are rendered.
